During the first 12 months (the Initial Term), Your Digital Agency owns the website build (design, layout, structure and setup). You own your content — your logo, branding, and any text or images you’ve supplied. Once you’ve completed the Initial Term and, if applicable, paid a Website Transfer Fee, ownership of the website build can be transferred to you.

Your Flat Rate Website Plan typically includes:

If you cancel during the Initial Term:

Your website stays live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for ✅

After that, your website is taken offline ❌

The website build is not transferred to you or your own hosting

You’re essentially renting the website during that period, so if you stop paying, the rental ends.

Yes – after the 12-month Initial Term.

You can request a transfer and, once the Website Transfer Fee and any outstanding invoices are paid:

We prepare a reasonable export of your website (or assist with migration, depending on the platform)

You or your new provider can then host and manage it elsewhere

If you cancel before the 12 months is up, the site is not transferable and will be taken offline at the end of your paid period.

Minor edits are quick changes that fit within your 15 minutes/month, such as:

Updating a phone number, email or opening hours

Swapping a few images

Tweaking a paragraph of text

Adding a simple announcement or promo

If a request is bigger (e.g. a new page, layout change, new booking system), we’ll let you know and quote it as an add-on so there are no surprises. 😊

Edit time is use it or lose it.

Unused minutes don’t roll over to the next month. This keeps the pricing simple and sustainable for both of us.

We’ll email you to update your payment details or retry the payment.

If payment remains overdue for more than a few days, your website may be temporarily suspended.

If it’s still unpaid after a longer period (e.g. 30 days), we may treat it as a cancellation and apply the normal cancellation rules (website taken offline, no transfer if still within the Initial Term).

The transfer fee covers the extra time and technical work required to:

Package your website for export or migration

Coordinate with your new host/developer if needed

Ensure as smooth a handover as possible
